ABWMOPAD Director

 

 

At the Spring 2022 meeting of the ABWMOPAD Executive Team a motion was made to consider appointing an ABWMOPAD Director. The Team recognizes the need for one woman to be available to encourage and walk alongside the volunteer officers as they fulfill their ministry roles. The motion was passed unanimously with details to be worked out and voted on at a later date.

A job description for the appointed ABWMOPAD Director was presented at the Spring 2023 meeting at which time the Team voted unanimously to accept the job description. This position will be an appointment by the President and re-evaluated every 2 years. A small monthly stipend for her 20-30 hours will be provided by the ABWMOPAD treasury.

President Becky Crissman appointed Jodie Vasbinder to be the ABWMOPAD Director 2023-2025. It was acknowledged that Jodie has been the glue for several years keeping the Region women’s work THRIVING. Jodie has agreed to give this a 2-year trial period.

We are grateful that Jodie has accepted the call to use her gifts with the women of ABCOPAD.
