2015 ABWomen's Conference

It was an amazing Conference at Shippensburg University, June 12-14. Focused on the theme, "Our Time To Thrive," women from Pennsylvania and Delaware gathered for a time of worship, fellowship, and great fun.  Leadership included Jeffrey Johnson, Keynote Speaker; Babette Perednia, Praise and Worship Leader; Suzanne Kershaw, Devotional Leader; Peter & Sarah McCurdy, Missionary Speakers; and The Keelings, Saturday Night Entertainment. What a blessing!!!

2015 Centre Association Pastors and Spouses

The Centre Association Pastors and Spouses met at Hoss's in Huntingdon. It was great seeing so many friends. Lots of laughter. One of the things that made the Centre Association Pastor's meeting fun was the special events represented around the table. Pastor David and Valerie Ford were celebrating their anniversary and Pastor John Staje and Pastor Ray Crownover were celebrating birthdays. Hoss's staff made it fun.

New Covenant Installation Service

Many members of the ABCOPAD Family participated in the Installation service for Pastor Melody Walden at New Covenant Baptist Church, Pottstown (Central Union Association).

Participants included: Dan MacDonald, charge to the congregation; Kevin Walden, charge to the pastor; Brenda Shaw honoring of the Pastor's spouse; Blake Edwards, installation vows; Brad Lacey, prayer of dedication; Doug Stratton, greeting from Central Union Association; Rev. Mary Etta Mest, greeting from Clergy Association of Pottstown.

Clergy Ethics Course - 2015 Spring

We had an outstanding group who gathered at the First Regular Baptist Church of Huntingdon for the ABCOPAD Clergy Ethics course. Kevin Walden, Regional Pastor for Pastoral Leaders, was our lead instructor. Pastor Eric Kraihanzel also joined us [via Go To Meeting] to talk about ethics in the midst of Student Ministries.

Our 2015 Spring ACTS Graduation celebration was held at the West Shore Baptist Church in Camp Hill. What an awesome group of graduates along with their families. It was an honor to be present along with so many of our ACTS team .
