ABCOPAD Jubilee

It was a great gathering as members and friends of ABCOPAD celebrated the region's 50th Anniversary. A terrific program of speakers, music, workshops, and worship added to the warm fellowship of our regional family.

Now Serving

Members of Hatboro Baptist Church regularly serve take-out meals to those in need in their community. VP of ABCOPAD Bryon Luke along with many church members serve around 300 meals in just a couple of hours. Bottled water and a hand-knit prayer patch with an attached prayer card were given to each vehicle. Over and over again people expressed their gratitude for both the meals and the prayers. Over the past two years, Hatboro has provided over 10,000 meals to its community, serving as the hands and feet of Jesus.

Can you say "Sesquicentennial"?

Members and friends of Hepburn Baptist Church gathered for their 150-year Anniversary Celebration. Lead Pastor, Rev. David Parker invited Mark Mahserjian-Smith to deliver the morning message having served Hepburn Baptist from 1992-2007. State Representative Joe Hamm shared a proclamation recognizing the church’s long history of service to the community. It was a joy being with so many friends who are now more like family. A reception was held in the fellowship hall following the service.

Journey to Jumonville

Pastor Cristy Wise, SW GPS, had the privilege to be the guest speaker for the North Hills Community Baptist Church. The weather was great, the spirit amazing, and Jumonville Christian Camp and Retreat Center is a terrific location! Focusing on being persistent in our faith, participants were reminded: "We are SPECIAL, UNIQUE, and WONDERFULLY MADE... and WE ARE MORE than CONQUERORS!!" And what a great group of teens and leaders!

Thanks, Pastor Shirley

The congregation of Bentleyville Baptist Church gathered for a celebration of Pastor Shirley Edgar's ministry, as she retired after 20+ years of service. It was a great time as the folks at Bentleyville came out to say thank you. A delicious meal (and some all amazing desserts) were enjoyed by the Edgar family and the Bentleyville family.
