Strong Flexible Leadership: Tempered Resilience
In this interactive Zoom Meeting Dr. Tod Bolsinger will provide a fly-over of the primary insights presented in his most recent book, Tempered Resilience: How Leaders Are Formed in the Crucible of Change. Drawing on his long experience as a pastor and organizational leader, Tod will show us how the very forces that are often the undoing of leaders can become the ones that make us stronger. Pastors and church leaders are all encouraged to participate. Dr. Bolsinger served 17 years as the senior pastor of San Clemente Presbyterian Church. Presently, he is associate professor of leadership formation and senior fellow for the De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary.
