Berean Baptist Celebration

Berean Baptist Church of Carbondale celebrated its 175th anniversary service. Pastor Debbie Loessy officiated the celebration that included a word from Carbondale's mayor-elect Michelle Bannon, the opening of a time capsule from 1998, special music from members of the former Trinity Baptist church in Scranton, and a time of communion. Following the service, a large group of members retreated to a local restaurant for lunch together. It was a great celebration of a faithful ministry in the town of Carbondale!
