Centre Association Gathering at FRBC Huntingdon.
Centre Association Spring Gathering: On Sunday, May 4th the Centre Association held its annual spring meeting at the First Regular Baptist Church of Huntingdon. Host and hostess for the event were Dr. Rev. Bob Salmons and his wife Dr. Eva Salmons. The event included a short business meeting lead by Association Moderator Janet Coddingdon. Pastor Eleanor Siegrist gave a comprehensive report of the recent ABCOPAD Regional Board meeting. Also, Area Minister Rev. Mark Mahserjian-Smith took time to explain the ABCOPAD Habitat Build Mission Project currently underway. Following a delicious meal provided by the Huntingdon church family, everyone returned to the sanctuary for a time of worship lead by the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church Mass Choir. The music was wonderful, with an added plus when Rev. Cory Hartman of FBC Hollidaysburg unexpectedly joined the choir with a piano accompaniment for the closing song. Eleanor Siegrist then lead the group in an Evangelism assessment tool helping everyone begin to identify their evangelism style. The meeting was closed with prayer as all who attended had a wonderful time in the Lord, together.
