Healthy Sexuality in Light of Internet Pornography: The Church’s Place
A Workshop to Address a Challenging Need in the Life of the Church
Location: The Camp Hill United Methodist Church
Date: May 2, 2011
Technology can be a wonderful thing...video conversations with people on the other side of the globe are now commonplace. In a matter of seconds, documents can be sent around the globe, when less than a generation ago it would have taken days to accomplish the same results. Technology is a wonderful thing--when it is used appropriately. Sadly, however, Technology has also opened a dark and destructive world through Internet Pornography, and it's influence has reached into the life of the church.
To address this serious and growing concern, a number of religious bodies in Pennsylvania have come together to offer a workshop to help bring to light not only the seriousness of the problem, but also to attempt to provide some resources in addressing the challenge.
Below you will find some of the preliminary information for the event. As more becomes available, we will add it to this page.
