Public Worship
September 3 - November 19, 2009; 7-9 p.m. (Thursday Evenings)

Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Smithfield, PA, will offer the course "Public Worship" at its Seminary Extension Center this fall. The course will be an examination of worship from the perspective of personal experience, theology, psychology, the Bible, Christian history and music. Special attention will be given to the various elements of a worship service and the development of skills in planning and conducting public worship. The textbook will be "Understanding, Preparing for, and Practicing Christian Worship."
Full credit is 2 hrs ACE (lower division baccalaureate in Religion or Ministry) and 1.8 CEU's through ABCOPAD. Non-credit students are welcome.
