Central Baptist Williamsport Celebrates 125th Anniversary

On May 20th the Central Baptist Church of Williamsport celebrated their 125th anniversary. Under the current leadership of Rev. Eleanor Siegrist, the congregation reflected on the last 125 years. Displays throughout the fellowship hall included pictures, newspaper articles and many historic documents highlighting the rich history of Central Baptist. ABCOPAD Regional Pastor Mark Mahserjian-Smith brought the message during morning worship with Rev. Lois Yeagle-Hungerford (former Central Baptist Interim Minister) providing special music. Along with looking back at the past the church family dreamed about the future, looking forward to what Jesus has in store for Central Baptist in the days to come.
