A New Resource in our midst...
The Center for Leadership Impact

A new initiative has been developed through the efforts of the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Myerstown, PA to come alongside local churches and leadership to help them grow in their Kingdom effectiveness.
The Center for Leadership Impact has embarked on an exciting series of events that are designed to resource local church leaders from a variety of denominational backgrounds around topics that confront each of us.
A few of the early efforts are as follows:
Leaders of Impact!
The Center's website describes this new initiative in this way:
Those of us who serve in Christian leadership are well aware of the increasing
demands on our leadership in an ever-changing and complex world.
Enter...Leaders of Impact. Not just another course, conference, or seminar.
Rather, Leaders of Impact is a leadership development initiative designed
to give you traction as you deal with the realities of ministry.
Over a season, you and nine to fourteen ministry colleagues will meet a
few hours a month as a cohort, learning to address specific ministry issues
and weaving these insights into your ministry context. Each cohort will be
lead by a gifted "been there, done that" facilitator who brings personal
knowledge and skill to the specific ministry challenge. This cohort approach
provides a high-level learning experience in a particular area of ministry, all
the while developing the two ingredients so vital to leadership impact...
integrity and skill.
A listing of the topics for the cohorts are listed below:
- 8 Leaders...8 Themes
